My training philosophy is focused on compound movements that help clients improve their overall fitness, body composition, and strength. The emphasis is on proper form and technique to prevent injuries and maximize results.
I use a variety of equipment, including free weights, resistance bands, Powerblocks, and kettlebells. Training programs are customized based on the client's goals and preferences.
Training sessions last 50 minutes, but can be adjusted based on the client's schedule and availability.
I have been certified as a personal trainer by the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology and have a college diploma in Health Science and Fitness and Health Promotion.
