As a CSEP-Certified Personal Trainer, I’m committed to helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their bodies. I work with clients of all ages, abilities, and fitness backgrounds, from those just starting out to those looking to refine their training.
My approach blends scientific knowledge with real-world experience, ensuring every program is safe, effective, and tailored to your individual goals. Whether your focus is building strength, improving mobility, boosting overall health, or gaining confidence in the gym, I’ll provide the guidance, structure, and support you need to succeed.


This 2 day per week, 4-week program is designed for people who want to start strength training but aren’t sure where to begin. Whether you’re brand new to the gym or returning after time away, this plan will teach you the fundamentals in a safe, structured way.
Over four weeks, you’ll practice the core movement patterns that form the foundation of effective strength training: squatting, hinging, pushing and pulling. The focus is on proper technique, building confidence, and developing a solid base of strength.
