For the past three years, I’ve been training people with a wide range of goals and abilities, turning my lifelong interest in fitness into a professional path grounded in science and real-world experience. I’m certified by the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology (CSEP), which means my training methods are evidence-based, safe, and tailored to your individual goals.
Whether you’re starting your fitness journey, returning from injury, or working toward a specific goal, I offer a personalized approach that meets you where you’re at. I believe effective training should be supportive, practical, and sustainable — not overwhelming or rigid.
